Wow, thank you! PFRE was one of the first websites I went to when learning how to shoot real estate in 2011 so I'm very thankful to receive this award, especially after my busiest ever month (no days off). The agents for this one wanted something a bit slower and more cinematic than the usually fast/punchy videos that are common here in Australia, this one was shot with a Nikon Z6 with both a Nikon 14-24mm & Nikon 70-200mm on a Zhiyun Crane Lab 3 as well as a Mavic 2 Pro Zoom, edited in Final Cut Pro. Like others have said, finding the music is often the most tedious part of the process, I used MusicBed to find this one.
